INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Wrap AcuRhythm™ headband around your head, with the blue circle icon toward middle of forehead.
2. Thread the string with blue arrow through blue slit and pull pressure node tab to be placed over your temples. Fasten velcro end and ensure fit is firm.
3. Lay down, close your eyes, breathe through your nose and focus on your heartbeat through the temples

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
