AcuRhythm Return and Refund Policy 2024
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Headbands that have been show obvious neglect or signs of damage: burnt, melted, cut, shrunk, faded, caked with makeup, torn, or moldy cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are have been machine washed/dried and altered or obvious signs of damage.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Product is not purchased by original customer
- Typical wear and tear, fading and machine washed/dried
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Headband with obvious signs of use.
- Headband that has been opened and used.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at AcuRhythm™. Please find below the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. *Please note the timeframes are guidelines and delays can occasionally occur.
IMPORTANT:
Order cut off time for same day despatch is 1pm (PST Timezone)
We typically ship your order within 24 – 48 hours. (excludes weekends and bank holidays). During peak periods, there may be a delay of one day (but we sure try hard to avoid that).
Tracking info will be sent to your designated email address when your orders ships.
1. Shipment processing time
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders received by 1pm PST will be despatched the same day. With regards to the first shipping day this is the first working day after the collection.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by up to 2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Express Overnight (From Dispatch) – $50 to $80 (depending on region)
REST OF THE WORLD
For international shipping, we have dynamic shipping prices on our website – during checkout you will be provided with live shipping rates for your country.
For most countries we offer Duties and Taxes Prepaid (This is the actual cost to cover duties and customs import fees per country). This ensures faster shipping and delivery times. You will not be responsible for paying any extra costs for importing into your country.

International Express: Duties and Taxes Prepaid – Prices will be shown at checkout
For some countries we are unable to offer Prepaid Duties. You will therefore be liable to pay Duties, taxes and fees upon delivery.
At checkout you will see the following message:
International Standard: Duties, taxes and fees are due at delivery.
International Express: Duties, taxes and fees are due at delivery.
We are unable to confirm what this amount will be. Please check your local laws for more details.
International
(For international orders please allow extra time for dispatch as there is a large amount of paperwork – dispatch could be delayed by up to 3 working days although we aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days)
Please note that the cut off time for same day dispatch is 1:00pm PST
If a parcel is returned to us due to lack of payment of Duties, Taxes and Fees. The shipping cost will not be refunded. If you would like the parcel reshipped then you will have to pay the shipping cost again.
3. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) (If you choose Tracked post). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Most international shipments are shipped via DDP (Duties and customs charges paid). You will not be liable to pay any extra charges on importing into your country. Please check the shipping method at checkout.
For any shipments being shipped via DDU (Duties and customs unpaid) you will be liable to pay these fees upon delivery. Please check the shipping method at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to lack of payment of Duties, Taxes and Fees or collection of parcel. The shipping cost will not be refunded. If you would like the parcel reshipped then you will have to pay the shipping cost again.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship our SOS pillow spray internationally.
5. Damages
Your order leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. Upon receiving your order please verify if you have received all the products you ordered.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, or something is missing, please contact us immediately at acurhythmsleep@gmail.com and we will find a satisfactory solution.
AcuRhythm™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before notifying us.
6. Returns Policy
Our Return & Refund Policy (see below) provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
7. Pre-order items.
If your desired product is clearly marked as “pre-order”, we are currently waiting for stock. You can still process the order, and you will receive it as soon as it is back in stock. If this will take more than four weeks we will contact you to advise. Any other items you order at the same time will be processed with the pre-order item when it is available. If you wish to receive other items sooner, please process them on a separate order (shipping is free). We thank you for your understanding.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at acurhythmsleep@gmail.com and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
